Why me

Is this consulting?

No. Both are productised. Fixed scope, fixed price, nothing open-ended.

I already know the problem. Do I need the Diagnostic?

Most people know the symptom. The Diagnostic finds the cause, and the order to fix things in.

What do we build in Co-Working?

Whatever moves the business. A system that runs itself, an internal tool, or the first version of a product. The sessions set direction. The build carries on between them, with co-development, homework and my guidance.

What does Embedded mean?

More of my time, shaped around one bigger build. Priced once we've scoped it together.

What if the Diagnostic shows I need a build?

Why is Optimize Labs priced separately?

It's a different job. My team builds and runs it for you, so you're buying their time, not mine.
